We tried to make sure that the user experience was not made too slow. By doing this we did cut back on some cool features, but our main purpose for the application was that you could quickly and easily get to all you information while standing in line at Starbucks. The people at 37 Signals have done a wonderful thing by opening up Services to access account information from a 3rd party app such as Sherpa, but as all things it takes time to iron out all the details of how things can be made to work best. So as you add feature requests we will check the feasibility as well the efficiency at which the feature can perform based on any constraints from the API. Ultimately we want to hold true to our purpose for the app - It has to be quick and easy to use.
